I mean, her mom did push her into fame since day one. Her mom was a stage mom, I'm sure her mother is horrified at what has become of her duaghter and that it's not what she envisioned for her daughter at all. But if she hadn't pushed her and been a stage mom, Britney Spears might not be in this rut she's in now? Maybe she would just be a decent but unfamous person. Oh well, what's done is done.

If Britney stop partying so much and go to acting school and do Broadway play and then be the actress in movies...
And be mature and alll, then everybody will take her serious.

I think her mother is only partly to blame. I mean Britney didn't have a chance to be a child or teen. You know do normal teen stuff. When teens her age were going to the prom and graduation she was out there touring and doing an album. When young adults were in their 20s and in college partying Britney was out touring and doing publicity appearances. I think Britney just hasn't grown up and she's trying to capture that time by going out and partying and drinking. But she has two young kids, and her time for excessive drinking and partying are over! It's sad though. But Britney has made all these bad choices on her own! She's an adult !

It's always easy to blame the parent. But Britney is a grown women now and a mother and she is responsible for her actions. I do not think Britney's mom is to blame, I do not think Britney's mother has been happy about many of her decisions. Britney needs to get it together for the sake of her two kids, it's time to be a mom and it's time to clean up her act.

Yeah she was made to be famous...but really now...Justin Timberlake was to and he's not trashed everyday in the papers... I am not a big Brittney fan but..OMG...she can't do anything with out being criticized...and the thing is people feed of it...Most likely the papers are over dramitizing everything...Just think if every move you ever made was recorded and edited and then only the messed up things you did..or the bad things ...you wouldn't look so good either...i mean really...

Her mom is somewhat responsible in that Britney was never given the correct foundation for making "good" decisions. She was thrust into the limelight, by her mother.
Now she is doing whatever to keep the attention on her. She is addicted to "celebrity" and doesn't care about anyone but herself.
