They are both wrong as they did not address him properly
He is The Right Honourable Prime Minister Owen Arthur
(He lives in 1st Avenue, West Terrace Gardens, St. James, Barbados - If you want to write him...lol)
And the OFFICIAL word is that he lives at his OFFICIAL residence, but incorrect information is being given below.
I live in 2nd avenue, he lives in first. I see him every morning on my way to work as we leave about the same thing. He has not lived in Ilaro Court for years, and MOST sensible TRUE barbadians know that.

Prime Minister Arthur actually lives at his official residence - Ilaro Court, St Michael which will be open to the public as one of the Nation Trust Open Houses on Feb 28th. See you all there!
