Igained some wieght/my husband hates fat people/&he hasn't touch me in5months?

The vows stated in health or sickness- if it bothers you that you gained weight than do something watch what you eat and exercise- your husband needs to relize that you marry someone because you love them and the love doesnt fade just because someone looks different. talk to him about this.

Get him some councelling to deal with his predjucides.
