I would tell him that he was pompous and irresponsible. He failed to get all of the information in a situation and get all sides of the story before making accusations. I would then punch him in his fat face and run him over with my car. Repeatedly.

Well, I know for a fact that myself and my coworkers do not get paid what people in or line of work (electricians) should. Just yesterday, while pulling service entrance wire through a condo, my boss (the owner) had the audacity to make the comment; "When that wire goes by, it blinds me. All I see are $$$ signs going by". He said this in reference to how much the wire cost him. Does he actually think we don't know that he will make his money back and then some when he gets paid for the job? On top of this he constantly complains about us asking for a raise and yet takes 6 vacations a year. He is constantly suspicious of all his employees, accusing us all of stealing from the company. He also threatens to fire us if he finds out we did any side work on our own time!!! He refuses to endorse any of us who would like to take the state exam to get our own license. He evidently thinks we are his indentured servants and that we should stay working for him and support his habits for the rest of our lives...

I would tell the boss that he's paranoid, and he doesn't quite understand the situations he gets into fully.

I would tell him that he doesn't make his intentions clear, and he provides weak direction in respect to the future of the company.

I would tell him that not everyone wants to be like him, or wants a boss like him.
