Definitely narcissistic however they are not deluded or paranoid, narcissism is a personality trait that doesn't necessarily make on mentally ill.

YES! Narcissistic people think that the whole world revolves around them and they are sooo important! They believe that people are obsessed with them when in reality they are obsessed with themselves. For example, if I whisper in someone elses ear in front of them, more than likely they will take offense or want to know what is the secret. Why? They think that they are just that important that people's secrets, opinions, criticisms, or thoughts are linked to them.

i would say its a little bit of both. but mostly self obsessed and paranoid.. anything that anyone says.. if they direct it to them.. then i would say that would be annoying.. lol.. not everything is about you.. or that person.. they should take a step back an realize that there is more things in this world that dont involve them,,

Some people just think that the whole world revolves around them--so, of course, everyone who speaks is speaking about them. These are people who have been babied their entire lives, and led to believe that they are better than everyone else.

Narcissistic. Try to post something like "why are you overweight" and you will be buried under all the negative responses. They would think that you are criticizing you.

Insecure it appears. Narcissistic people are always right.

I'd go with insecure. Insecure people internally criticize themselves so I think any comment adds to the fire of their internal battle.

No - I would initially say paranoid.
They could also be "damaged" - maybe they grew up in a household where they were blamed for every one else's short-comings.

I'd say paranoid.
If they think EVERY statement you make is about them, theyre probably deluded too.
