There are a lot of herbs that are beneficial to your health. I don't know about the herbs from India but can tell you the cheapest way is to plant an herbal garden. Pennyroyal is the best thing to make a tea for curing colds. Spearment is extremely good in calming the nerves and ridding yourself of a headache. You can get the plants from your local nursery. St. John's wart, mints etc. Check it out and see if it would be beneficial for you and save you money. These plants come back every year so no need to keep spending money on them.

I drink a lot of herbal tea and find it really refreshing. It can help me to get to sleep at night, or get me going in the morning. Here is a list in English of some of the herbs that I use. You can go to Wickipedia in English and in the left column you might find a language that you can translate them in to and use.
Anise, Bergamot, Blackberry, Camomile, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Hawthorn, Hibiscus, Lemongrass, Licorice, Orange, Peppermint, Red poppy, Rose bud, Rose hips, Safflower, Sarsaparilla, Tarragon, Tillia flower. There is another one that I found out about since I made this list and that is, Valerian, which is supposed to help you sleep and it works for me. Some of these herbs are simply for flavour and some have certain medicinal properties but that is explained in Wickipedia.

while making use of herbs i admire clean ones, quite with mint. An previous Moroccan trick I found out for minted tea replaced right into a particularly person-friendly one: placed your mint and green tea in a pot, pour boiling water in, enable steep no better than a pair minutes, pass to a serving pot that has been arranged with sugar. in case you pour from some distance above your tea glass you are able to cool the tea to a delightful eating temp. Oregano tea, I think of is comparable.
