My husband and I like to travel, and when we do, we like to visit places with a nice, romantic atmosphere and good music. Anywhere along the lines of jazz, reggae, and neosoul to be specific (I'm a poet as well, so good poetry spots will be helpful, too). If you know of a place like that anywhere, details would be appreciated! We may be traveling soon and would like to visit some nice spots. New York City has got the best of anything you want. the jazz is especially the best. I won't tell you were the locals go, but I can tell you that The Village Vanguard is the ultimate place to see a live jazz show, local or tourist. http://villagevanguard.net/
