use the formula

E = c*m*(change in temperature)

so your E is your joules
your m is your mass (154)
and your change in temperature is (350-21)

then solve for "c" and that will be your specific heat!

I'm assuming you mean 35.0 C, not 350, otherwise none of the answers is correct.

heat = specific heat * mass * temperature change
specific heat = 5045/(154*14) = 2.34 J/g C
