In the ideal world, of course, there would be no dirty rotten scoundrels doing evil deeds. There would be no scumbags littering the environment, and engaging in any kind of activity that diminished the beauty and cleanliness of the planet, or caused any sort of harmful pollution. I would like to have a job in the Department of Natural Enhancement. I would be working with others on ideas to constantly assist Mother Nature, assure the well being of all her creatures, great and small, and contribute in every way possible to ecological maintenance. Every bug, butterfly, beetle and bee would be acknowledged and respected for its own special and unique beauty and, being an Ideal World, all animal abuse would have long ago been eliminated, so everybody would be ready and willing to assist my department in any way they could to further its purpose and generally work to ensure that all children were raised to f eel the same way.
Sigh, I can dream, can't I?

Hangin' out at a user-friendly warm weather, warm water beach surfing, soakin' up some rays, watching cute girls walk by, playing frisbee, boogie boarding, body surfing, snorkeling, swimming, flying a kite, going for a beach jog, doing a little sailing out past the waves, eating cold fried chicken, being asked to rub lotion onto the backs of beautiful women, bike riding on the board walk ...

I would have two jobs...I would be a columnist for the NY Times discussing social issues that need to be addressed (healthcare disparities among certain groups; organ donation; sources of affordable housing in major cities, etc.)...and at night, I would have a band which is made up of all my girl friends and we all take turns forming smaller sub-groups and perform in small & medium sized nightclubs. I wouldn't always be the lead singer, but we would switch occasionally, depending on the particular number...We would sing a lot of cover songs, but they would be gooood, as well as a few original songs. :) Obviously, I have thought about this a lot...lol

In my ideal world my ideal job would be one of those helpful people at the airports trying to diffuse difficult situations / customers especially when they shout and swear at them I would love to do that job as I love challenges and challenging jobs.

A tv presenter, cause we seem to have a shortage and the ones who are on the television right now must be earning great money and be comforable for doing a job that must be so much fun.
