the other team allowed to shoot the 1-1, then the technicals, than get the ball back, its basically college rules played with. Also, if i get hit in the wrist while shooting, is it a foul?

1 and 1s are not for shooting fouls. if there is a T they will be shot before

The technicals are shot first, then the 1 & 1, then the ball is given to the team who wasn't charged with the T.
If you get hit in the wrist while shooting, that is a foul...2 shots if you are inside the 3 point line....3 if outside.

Retired official here -- under college rule change of a couple years ago -- shoot the technicsals when they heappen then resume from point of interruption (similar to pro rule.
HS rule -- shoot in order of occurance. If the foul for bonus happened first then Tech then shoot bonus, tech and award ball for throw-in.

Hit on wrist is foul -- hit on hand with hand on ball is not foul.

yea you would shoot the technical, then the 1 and 1, and then the team (who didn't get the technical) would get the ball back...

and yes that is a fould if you get hit on the wrist when your shooting, but refs are stupid and don't always call it :)
