I've Kenmore washer 80 model # 110.92283800 and once I start the water cycle it will just drain that water. Water will not stay inside the washer.... any sugggestions.

My drain hose is as high as the washer...

The drain hose must be up as high as the top of the machine. Ideally the drain hose should be hooked into a 2 1/2" stand pipe that is at least as high as the top of the washer. If you have the hose laying down or it has an extention added onto it and it does not loop up as high as the machine it will just allow the water to run right out of the machine as fast as it comes in. If you do have a loop up as high as the machine and the hose with an extention fastened to it and the extention goes down a floor drain the water will siphon out of the machine a siphon break must be added to the hose.

water wont drain- plugged filter out or drain outlet. Wont spin, transmission is undesirable (approximately $two hundred). Water gets into those and corrodes the gears or rods. the two get a repairmen back out and supply you an estimate, or look for a clean washing device. in case you're on a funds, you will get an honest maytag or GE white setup for about $4 hundred

make sure the drain hose is higher than the top of the tub
