I need a story game, of some sort for a birthday party.?

Some type of game where you read a story and thye have to do something. Kind of like the christmas left/right game where you pass around the present but without the present.

while you are reading the story the kids sit in a circle and pass around a present as soon as you stop reading the kid who has the gift wins that gift but then he/she is out of the game.Continue until all the kids get a present. This type of game also works with music.It's great fun and the kids will really enjoy it. If there is no gift to pass around make the kid say a joke or has to get the birthday kid something they want (a drink or something to eat etc.).Simon says is also a good BD game.
