You can try looking up the costume designer for the film and writing to him or her about it. It might have been handmade or modified from another coat.
You can also try places that auction of Hollywood props from movies. They might have replicas or even the original.
My guess would be to study the pictures/print them out and to take it to an expert tailor or seamstress who can duplicate the look for you.

If memory serves he wore an Austrialian outback coat. I love them I have two. They are long but have a big kick pleat in the back for riding-they also have straps that go around the leg and snap so the coat doesn't go flapping in the wind. You do not wash or dry clean these coats, they are treated and you simply hose them down. I think this is as close to Brad as you are gonna get. Bummer. If you are serious get on ebay and "post to want it now"-you will get hits immediately. They generally cost between $250 and $500 depending on lining, mine has none and doesn't need it. Don't panic I got one on ebay and it cost a lot less than retail.
