The reason I ask this is because I recently took the aptitude test and passed. Just yesterday I went through the interview. Since you are selected by a point system I am not sure how heavily the interview counts towards their ultimate selection. I scored 6 on the test, 4 is required to be interviewed. Does anyone know? If so write me back, thanks.

I'm a master electrician for a company in Arkansas. What you put on paper gets you in the running. The way you come across in the interview is the deal maker/breaker. That said, if they are on a major project, quite often a company will hire "warm bodies" to fill out the work load. If this is the case they will hire based on intelligence and aptitude, the down side is that when the job is over they go to culling out help. Good luck!

NO we are not Union and NEVER will be. We know nothing of this scoring system... sorry.

We have found Unions to basically be for the management and pissy with the hard workers. Complain, whine and then pout is our opinion of unions & the majority of their workers.

Good Luck to you and be the darn best electrician you can be and all will go fine.
