Feeding your hamster crackers is perfectly fine ( mine likes to eat digestive biscuits ) not all hamsters like hamster food, she probably doesn't like some of things that are in it. I suggest that you try to introduce her to the hamster food every once and a while and see how she reacts to it. Keep alternating her food so she doesn't get bored. Good luck

Gradually give her a little hamster food everyday and take away a couple crackers. And the veggies. Both are not ment for hamsters. Gradually give her/him the hamster food until that is all he/she eats. good luck!

Its probably because she thinks hamster food taste like **** after she has tasted other things like carrots and crackers. I used to feed my hamster carrots allll the time. I dont think there is anything wrong with it.

You can give hamsters alot of diffrent things. I also suggest writing down the brand(s) of hamster food you have/had and try nw types. She might not like that type, hamsters can b fussy sometimes. Alot of hamsters like peanut butter, whipped cream, ham, dog food, cat food and cheese also, but not too much. Hamsters will eat almost anything, but hamster food, fruit, and vegatables are the best for them.

Well I know generally if you feed hamsters a lot of "other food" they tend to not eat their hammy food. Make sure there is always some in its cage, and try feeding it "other food" less often. Also, make sure you are getting rid of old veggies and such that you are feeding her, if they rot and get eaten it can make your little hammy very sick.

its not ideal but if she wont eat hamster food there isnt really much u can do. try feeding her bits of low sugar cereal too - for fibre and carbs. and raisons - just dont feed iceberg lettuce, its poisonous to hamsters and other small rodents
