I have noticed that in a bar or restaurant, you improve your service if you waiter is male. He can't do enough for you. Also, like another person who answered your question, I used it to get out of a ticket.
If a man can show his bulge to get women all hot and bothered, why can't we show cleavage?

I never used it for anything sexual. I use it to place my cellphone and money when I have to wear my school uniform's skirt which doesn't have any pockets. Actually I use it like a purse, there is no way I can actually leave my cleavege on some seat, like some girls forget their purses.

Just kidding. I use it to remind myself now and then that I'm a girl. Cleavedge doesn't mean large breasts to me, to me it's just breasts in general--- any size, any shape, any color. It can be used for breast-feeding to, but I'm too young to have kids.
