In Yahoo! Mail Beta:

1. Go to "Options" > "Compose" and select "Show a signature on all outgoing messages"
2. Create your signature in the text box that comes available (Plain Text).
HINT: if you click on "Rich Text" in the top right corner, you can style your signature (use different colors and formatting)
3. Click "Back to Mail" (button with the home on it, top left)

Next time you compose a new mail message, your signature will be automatically added at the bottom.
