Does my laptop use electricity when it is in the charger even if it off and fully charged???

I always leave my laptop on charge regardless of whether it is fully charged or not.If it is fully charged will it still be using electricity?

Just the slightest trickle amount. Not even worth worrying about.

My laptop manual says to only recharge the battery when it is fully discharged,. If you keep charging it when it doesn't require it, you will drastically reduce the life of the battery.

Yes. All plugged in electrical products due it. But it's pretty small.
