Dwayne Wade. Period. That's all he's ever done - in college and the pros, and he does it in the biggest, most pressure packed games. His first year in the league he was hitting game winning shots in the Playoffs, and last year he made plenty on the way to winning the Finals and being named MVP.
And he normally doesn't settle for a long jumper to win games. He'll drive it to the basket or at least take a mid-range jumper, so he shoots higher percentage shots than say, a guy like Arenas, who is probably going to take a 50 foot 3 to try and win it.

However, if you do need a 3, lets not forget old man Robert Horry...

Kobe Bryant, D-Wade...but most of all Chauncy Billups i think has had the most game Tieing/Winning shots. I remember 2-3 years ago when Pistons were versing the Nets in the playoffs. And Chauncy shot a half courter to bank it in and send the game to OT. Which Pistons ended up winning..

I like T mac also, unbelieveable range and array of moves around the basket...its unfortunate he has that recurring bad back...
