Women use guilt trips to use on men to get them to do what they want. It's a form of manipulation that is wrong to use.

no. although i am not a vengeful person, i do hold grudges, so i've been guilty of more that one "good guilt trip". still, i think in a lot of ways it brings me down to a level of inhumanity and selfishness that's worse than what made me mad in the first place.

NO, we should never feel guilty. The only thing we should do is take responsibility for our actions. If we feel that we shouldn't do something then we shouldn't do it...not do it and then feel bad about it...that makes absolutely no sense and nothing can be done to change things. It is unhealthy. If you do something that you wish you hadn't done then just forgive yourself and get past it all and learn from it. Coulda, woulda and shoulda and if only make no sense.
