i would like to say it is, because im sure someone out there hurts for the person that just died, but i have a hard time feeling tragedy when someone on death row dies....or the child molesters and abusers.....

Not quite. Some deaths are blessings-- especially after long illnesses and suffering.

Always, at first. Then in some cases you come to realize it was a blessing. Like terminally ill people. It's a hard realization to come to.

most times, yes.
if a person is terminally ill and ready to meet God, it is a blessing to them, while still a great sadness for their family who is letting them go.
