My husband and I also wanted a unique name for our little girl, so we turned to Greek mythology and came up with Andromeda Thalia. Greek mythology has many very interesting names, that also sound very pleasant. Here's the site I looked at to find my baby girl's middle name: http://www.20000-names.com/female_greek_names.htm

If you want to go elegant, I'd look at more traditional names, such as Claire, Louise, Sarah, Rebekah, Margaret, etc.
