the easiet way to answer this question is to send you to this site- http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx its the windows vista upgrade adivisor, dowload the tool and it will give you a comprehensive detailed report about the hardware and software on your computer as far as being compatible. its an excellent resource. good luck!

Some will, some won't - you need to check with the device manufacturer.

I've noticed that older scanners and printers are poorly supported in Vista.

Be VERY VERY careful with Windows Vista.

iPod users have been reporting their files are corrupted thanks to Vista and Vista has also caused many problems for hardcore gamers who play things like Counter-Strike and F.E.A.R.

I strongly suggest contacting your devices' manufacturers directly before going any further.
