If I ever caught my husband doing something like that, his balls would be out the door before he would be! If he is doing something like that in front of someone who already knows what he has, then he had intentions. And I would really start thinking about moving on because if he did that, which was really showing no respect for you, then you never know what else he might do. Legally, I don't know. Morally, it's I think a matter of what the parties consider what is right is right and wrong. Masturbation is a sexual act. Performing it in front of someone you have,in the past,been intimate with,might in some peoples opinion, be considered nostalgic, bringing back past times.
