Blogging is all about communication and discourse. In a small way, answer.yahoo.com is a sort of mini blog.
Alot depends on your interests. If you're into politics - you need to find a political blog. Myspace can also be consider blog in nature.
I take a more general view of bloggin and include newsgroups into the general definition. Anywhere where people add their 2 cents.

A blog is a way for people who want to be somebody post their life and details to make themselves feel like someone! An internet log.
