10 pm Eastern Standard Time is 9 pm Central Standard Time. An easy way to remember: if you're looking at a map of the US with the four time zones on it, they read left to right like a book. So 7 pm Pacific time is 8 pm Mountain time is 9 pm Central time is 10 pm Eastern time.
