friends have stopped talking to me because of some rumours that have been spread which are not true. I feel bad help

Ignore them too - they don't know you. A true friend would know the rumours are just that, rumours. Find yourself proper friends.

You know what the real truth is and if these so called friends have stopped speaking to you because of hearsay then they are not true friends. Do not worry about them at all and find some new ones, a real friend is there for you whether you are in trouble or not. Good luck.

Well the only thing that you can do is talk to your friends and let them know that the rumors being spread is not true. If they are your true friends, they will believe you, but if it's in your character to spread rumors or just gossip alot then it might make it harder for you to prove to them

If they believe the rumors even though you told them they're not true I don't think they are really friends. Find some true friends.

Recycle the rumours,turn them completely around,that will really get them going,of course you must swear blind that you know nothing about it.

dont expect them to speak to you, confront them and convince them its the truth that its not true, and when i say convince look them right in the eye whilst standing quite close to them and tell them the truth. Best to do it to one friend one on one first off all, then he'll convince the others that your safe again. Choose the friend thats most likely to do that.

first you should figure out who spreads these rumors or who at least starts them tell your frends that they're not true if they dont believe you than find proof that they're not trueshow them then you wont feel bad

confront her and tell her the truth and if she just ignores you ...she not a good friend because she belives some rumor but not you!! but give it some time k!!
