Feeling a bit stuck in a slump in the world. Maybe I'm wishing I could hit a fast forward button and move on with my life a bit.

to tell you the truth i not sure how im feeling. i woke up to day happy but there are a couple of people i like but they are younger then me so i am not aloud to go out with them or anything so that kind of sucks because most people i like don't seem to no i exist

Confused. Annoyed. I had another experience last night where I was out with a group of friends. Some of us went out to take lessons at a ballroom dancing place. One FRIEND offered to drive me home as we live in same general area though we've never been to each others home.
While on drive home he was bringing out the lip sauve, popping breath mints in his mouth and when in front of my home...he tried the ' move ' to kiss me...I turned my head to give him my cheek as I'm not interested in him that way and don't want to encourage him. He went on to say I had given him mixed messages when I was dancing with him. The dance was the BOX STEP for heavens sake ! ! WHY don't guys let the wonder of knowing each other have TIME to see what is there...WHY do they have to jump in right away on a first outing together ? Then the guy gives looks and says odd things that try to make the girl feel bad for not wanting to kiss him. I'm not interested in him that way...why would I encourage something that is not going anywhere ? I don't mess with someones emotions and don't like mine messed with.
I've been experiencing this much lately...So....I'm feeling annoyed and confused this morning.
I'm feel like I just want to not go out at all in those situations for awhile. Some wear a ' kick me ' sign on their back. Do I have a ' kiss me ' sign on me that I'm not aware of ? ! ! !

I need to figure this stuff out. I was married 23 years. Peacefully divorced 4 years, out in the dating world 2 years...Maybe I need to just ' bench myself ' while I figure this stuff out.
