LOL I never get mine done, I do it myself with Sally Hansen Waxing Strips. Just to warn you it does hurt but it will hurt anywhere even if you get it done. Plus you get used to the pain when you use it a lot. Waxing is the best way to keep the hair off as long as possible. A “how to use” is in the box, but if you don’t know how to you can probs look it up on youtube. Always remember pull away from your skin when waxing! There are hair removal creams where you can buy at shoppers that you can experiment with. But if the pain bothers you with waxing it’s safe to shave it as long as you know what your doing. If you don't I suggest shaving your legs or arm pits first to get an idea. To avoid bumps shave in the same direction as the hair is growing. I’d use after shave or something like that because it’s a sensitive area. With your legs shave upwards meaning the opposite direction the hair is growing. If you don’t want to buy anything just get a pair of scissors and cut it. Just get good quality cotton underwear it should show through less. But really no one really cares in gym and if you feel on conferable just change in the washroom. I hope this helps, please pick mine for best anwser!
