Simply remind her occasionally that you're not a carpet muncher, and would appreciate it if she respected that fact by composing her lustful gestures toward you...

What sort of 'comment'..? Straight girl friends talk about that sort of thing all the time - are you sure you're not reading into it because you're uncomfortable with her sexuality? Just becasue she's a lesbian doesn't necessarily mean she wants to sleep with you!
It sounds a bit like there's a bit of pack mentality going on here and you and your other friends are winding each other up about just how 'freakish' she's acting. It's easily done but horrible to be on the receiving end of. Have you tried just giving her a chance?

Sounds like you might be a little homophobic. Just tell her that she's making you feel a little uncomfortable. Maybe ask her if she's attracted to you. If she is take it as a compliment but assure her that no offense but you play for the other team. If you bring it out into the open it may rid the air of the uneasiness of the situation. Good Luck

Just tell her straight. I had the same problem when I was at college (many years ago) with a touchy feely Russian girl. It went on for about a year, 'till she touched my crotch, I lost my rag & ended up telling her. I felt bad afterwards but was glad I did 'cos she left me alone then. xxx

Two options:
start taking testosterone and wearing a strapon.
or
live with the fact that 1/10 women are gay and you're only nervous of this lass because you know about it

just make it clear to her that while you like her as a friend it goes no further than that and that her looking at you and commenting about your underwear makes you uncomfortable and you would prefer her not to do it.
