nope, it shouldnt. the only thing that really could damage a cd is direct sunlight (but it has to sit out in the sun for a long time)/heat, or scratches to the surface

if its stuck to something then yes, Cold and Heat both can damage cd's.. If its in a plastic box then no it will not get damaged!

just no extreme heat or scratches. You can practically eat pizza off of cds these days.

i don't think so. my mom keeps most of her cds in the car all the time and they still work fine.
