My twins stayed in the same crib until they was 6 months old. They really nevered messed with each other when they was in there. They was crawling and everything but i never had any problems. At 6 months old I put them into seperate cribs.

My twins slept in the same crib until they were about 9 months old. Taught them (as soon as they started moving around stuff) to safely slide off bed and moved them into a bed. (probably would have left them n crib longer but moved to a new place and did not have room for crib. ) The first few nights I put pillows around the floor but when they did not fall I removed the pillows. Twins will be 48 in April.

I have twins. I made a divider in the middle of the crib because my girls were premies and they were on moniters and they would tug on each others wires. Anyway, they slept in the same crib until one started moving so much that they would knock over my divider, so I took it out and would lay them to sleep with feet to feet and about the time they started to pull up is when they started falling on each other and waking the other up.
So mine lasted until around 10 months or so. After that, I bought another one only because they started sleeping better by
themselves.

Ideally, they never should, but if you just don't have the space or the extra crib yet, probably til they're big enough that they're getting in each other's way. Maybe 6 months? I don't know for sure, as both of my kids are singles.

up to the point where they roll over, this way they move way too much to be in the same crib.

Up to the point where they start to roll over. That will depend on the babies.
