Portion Control and changing some bad habits. It doesn't have to be that hard.
Start with finding out how much you should be consuming per day. A 200lb 5'10" male who sits at a desk all day still burns 2,000 cal per day.
Switch from white bread to whole wheat; cut down on Soda (even diet soda). Get more fiber in your diet, this will help you fill full longer. Try this for a typical day:
Frosted mini wheats with 1% milk for breakfast
Peanut Butter & Jelly on whole wheat for lunch
Banana and/or Apple for snack
Dinner= normal dinner, but nothing fried or if you really want to lose it faster have another high fiber cereal.
Push ups/sit ups and slow jogs will get you started on the exercise path and toning. This will need to be increased to include other exercises once you build up to it.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You must do some exercise regularly. The so called costly exercise machines are of not much use.Brisk walking, badminton, cycling ,swimmimg etc are more effective. You must be regular and do for say 30 to 45 minutes perday,As regards eating eat for your health and not for taste.Eat less to the bare minimum(do not skip taking food).Avoid fatty food, chocos etc and have more vegetable oriented food.Do not expect any dramatic reduction in weight, result may be slow. But have a plan as to how much you have to reduce and be systematic and determined. You will succeed. But sorry no suggestion for toning.

i must say i am Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better. I see that the pirate theme is back!
While I was in Disney World, I got a chance to ride the new revamped Pirates of the Carribean (sp?). It was really cool how

they worked Captain Jack Sparrow into the ride. They even had a guy dressed up as him outside the ride giving tips on how to

be a pirate. The kids seem to love that character!

healthy eating is anything that is grown, lots of fruits and vegetables, not processed foods. And diet dinners don't count. As for toning, use the ball, and hand weights for strength training.

The BMI scale is improper and is not any longer a correct degree of a individual's "healthful" weight selection. in case you opt for for to shed some pounds, this is not any longer so common as reducing out junk food. food isn't basically stable or undesirable, healthful or undesirable. you may desire to undertake a life-type and food plan of a extensive form of ingredients, and in proportions that are no longer in extra. one could be skinny and consume potato chips and ice cream, and one could be fat and consume no longer something yet apples and infant carrots. a large type of your weight might might desire to do with genetics and there is not any longer a rattling element you're able to do approximately that. you may help via starting to be bodily lively, yet no longer via exercising. exercising via itself is a chore. you will possibly desire to do some thing relaxing like activities, karate, trekking or swimming. engaged on a treadmill primary is uninteresting and could be a annoying habit to maintain. yet another theory that incredibly helped me is to absorb cooking. via cooking nutrients your self, no longer purely are you able to administration proportions, yet you will additionally get to consume nutrients that are extra healthy, and style extra desirable. stable good fortune!
