'Accident' in quotations. In the unlikely event that any black man made it to the presidency, he would always have to fear an impending 'accident' that would cut his life short and allow his white VP to take charge. America would not allow a black man to be Pres and VP, b/c it is a racially charged super-power, always has been, and that won't change. But no President gets killed or injured by anyone unless it is allowed to happen. That being said, keep an eye out for public officials.
