Do you like having money? If no, then quit.

I am going through the same thing. I know how hard working and school combined is for a teenager. I am now 17 and I have been working since I was 14. If you are unhappy where you are working, quit but do it professionally. Type up a two weeks notice form stating the reason why you wish to resign and bring it in to your boss. You are young and you will be obligated to work for the rest of your life. Don't waste your teenage years doing things that bring your unhappiness. Go out with your friends and meet new people! Find a job that you enjoy when the time comes! Just don't get used to not having a job. You will need one eventually! Bye hun!

With any decision in life, you've got to weight the pros and cons. Before you quit, talk to your employer and see if you can reduce or reschedule some of your hours. If the hours are firm, you need to decide, is having the money you make more important to you then your social life. If you really hate it, look for a different job with better hours and quit.

You wanted a job for money - any way you can work only one day during the weekend?

If not, find another job that you CAN work only one day during the weekend.

Working and having a social life - even at 40+ years old, it's still rough.

You're on your way to being an adult - congratulations!

That's a lot of hours for a 14 year old to be working. You should probably quit, or at least cut back if that's an option for you.

I think 14 is a little young to get a job. If your parents are reasonably able to support you, then I would highly recommend not taking any job until you've finished high school. In other words, take one thing at a time.

Work builds character and your bank account, but you're 14. Ask yourself: Why do I work? Do I NEED the money? Is it satisfying to know that I EARNED the money I have? What's more important, your social life or your job? You NEED school. You WANT money and a social life. Your choice. Good luck.....

you should keep your job not every 14 year old has job, think about independence and saving money and just making your own money so you could buy whatever you want even a car, i advice you to keep it and try to rotate your hours. Remember there people who would kill for a job at your age. Not having to ask your father for allowance... Think about that

you should not be working 8 hours a day at 14. As for work, trust me. SAve all your money now, and when you are eighteen, you should have at least 20 grand.....that money will be so useful.
