Do you mean your weight is 65 pounds and your 5'10? If so, that is an extremely unhealthy weight, you need to gain some ASAP! What you should do is go to a therapist who specalizes in gender issues, after 3 months they will give you a letter to take to a doctor who knows alot about trans issues, he will give you blood tests, and then you get the hormones. Keep in mind that hormones are very dangerous, blood clots and death are very real possibilites, hence the importance of seeing someone who knows what they are doing.
Hormones don't do that much really, they just change the skin so it is softer, give breasts (about a cup smaller than your closest blood relatives), and reduce muscle and body hair. Any facial hair you have has to be eliminated with electrolysis, and voice training is a must, as estrogen does nothing to help with the voice. If you still have a hard time passing and look very masculine after hormones, there are various surgeries that can help, look up facial feminizing surgies on www.wikipedia.com. If you would like any more assistance or have any questions, feel free to e-mail me.

hear to me. you're actually not a woman in any achievable experience. you only have some psychological matters at maximum. "i've got self assurance like i'm a woman in a guy's physique", that's undeniable stupid. i do no longer carry damaging emotions in direction of gay human beings, yet I, with reason, do no longer agree or have self assurance in the transexualism theory.

no, please dont depend on hormones, or everything else that you
will go through on this road to do the complete job? alot of it will d
epend on GOD, YOU, MOTHER NATURE, TIME, PATIENTS, an
d your FAITH, DETERMINATION, and all out DEDICATION, to ge
t to the end of this road. dont you let anybody convince you that it
s easy, and that theres not prices to be paid. there are going tobe
days and nights, when you are going to wonder is it worth it? bec
ause of the pain and suffering that you are going to be going throu
gh, so that you could get to the point of surgery? im not going to s
it here and paint you a picture where things are going to happen
as easy as 1,2,3. thats not the way things are going to happen. th
ats why the full journey of this road, has got to be one that you go
t to be sure of. and be willing to take all the way? once you reach
the end of it, there is no turning back, or comming out the same
way that you went in? and you will get no spare parts.

Not completely. You will need progesterone and premarin but you will be at risk for a heart attack. You may need electrolysis and voice training and so much more. Search the Web for transgender support pages.

What are you babbling about? Buy a dictionary. Or better, have someone who graduated eighth grade, write the question for you.

Hormones won't do it all. Later you must detach some stuff. Talk with your doctor, dude.
