i have tried resetting it and everuthing but nothing works... anyone got any advice

well just click on the menu button and the middle button simultaneously for at least 10-15 seconds it should reset your ipod

this happened to me and i just left it on long enough for the battery to fully drain and then i charged it again. it worked fine afterwards

this heeps hapining to me also. so today i think im going to go to best buy to get a new one cuz i have a warrenty

plug it in to your computer(even if it doesnt need to be charged), it should work then.
