I did not do any for seven days. Then went out and bought all the
things needed (nothing special, all for use and some food), and
brought it all home, and took out and looked at it, and tidied it and
felt good.
I am not a shopaholic!

it depends... so you get that way about shopping at the mall when you buy for high ticket items... then you maybe a shopaholic... but maybe you were just excited b/c you got out of the house... that's how I am when I go shopping and I'm going grocery shopping today as a matter of fact and I'm quite excited

well say the person has a lot on their mind some people go shopping nd worring a bout the clothes they r buying nd where they coul wear it

Spending money gives you a good feeling, maybe because you have a feeling that you have money that you can afford to spend.
But you are right, I feel better when I shop too.

i am so a shoppiholic.if you shop walking counts as a workout.i really want to get a plastaition portible.there like $200$ though so i am saving my money:-)

i dont think its really the shopping i think its more of just the gettting out part ,,for me anyway ,, i could go shopping for grocery's , cloths , mall, toys for the kids ,, it dont matter just getting out fo the house makes me feel alot better

its a small indulgence, like walking on the beach or eating some delicious food. we all have one or two, yours may be shopping, someone else's may be eating
