He is a "salesman", that's for sure. I would have to hear him in a normal conversation to know if his "volume" is always on "high".
Can you imagine how irritating he would be if he talked that loud all the time? lol I like to think that it is the commercial itself that is cranked up.

I thought I was the only one who thought Billy yelled. Commercials are usually tuned louder so they capture your attention. I think he talks louder so that we will sit and watch him.
