I just got a Sony Ericsson phone in December, and when I recieve a call the person on the other line can't hear me. Can I take this phone back to a Cingular store for a new one? What can or should I do? This is my second type of Sony Ericsson phone that has messed up!

if you have a one year warranty you should be able to return it for a new one without paying, or they might just be able to fix it for you...

First of all I wouldn't get a sony ericsson phone again! If you have cingular phone insurance it still cost at least 40 dollars, depending on what you get more. If not you will have to buy a new phone and add on to your contract, why I dont know. What I did is ordered one on ebay and its great! Good luck

I had 3 Motorola V220 phones, before one finally worked. It appears that quality control on cell phone is spotty at best.
