What do you think? - To quote Marvin "I've seen it, it's rubbish!"
What was you favourite part? - Seeing the REAL MARVIN (from the 80s tv series) in the queue!
Who was your favourite character? - The crabs, they were sooo lucky to be crushed and get away from the movie...
What did you think of the Vogons? - One of few parts that wasn't too bad. The movie brought out more of the bureaucratic side to them than the old series did, which just added to the menace ;)
Wasn't the bit where the computer says the answer to life is 42 hilarious? - No, I was just sitting thinking about going drinking with Zaphod to take my mind off how badly the movie was going.
Dig up the 80s 6 part series and see what HHGTTG should be like :)

I still think nothing beats the original radio series (& the books & tape version that went with it)
Favourite bits? Too many to mention but up there are Arthur Dent in front of the bulldozer, The falling whale & bowl of Petunias & Slatribardfast bemoaning his loss of all his work on the fijords.
Favourite character - Marvin (though I don't like the visualisation in the recent film).
Vogons? I can think of many parallels in life!
42? Just like all of life - totally baffling!

I thought that was a good movie - my favorite part was when they were reading poetry and you see Ford just having convulsions. - my favorite character - Zeyphod Bebblebrock, the Vogons were a wierd group but you have to laugh at the fact that they won't scratch thier butts without the proper paperwork.
the bit with the computer was funny but, I liked the parts where you would see Zeyphod's head popback and he would just start screaming " Humma Kavula"

I like the part when they explain why the Vogons' noses are the way they are (I think tey are Vogons... the ones that read poetry to torture people). Oh, and the poetry reading is hilarious, too.

I thought the movie was kind of cute. I was disappointed that it didn't stay very true to the book - which is the best comedy/sci-fi novel ever - but I suppose the story had to be amended for a movie format.
