Clearly Waterboy. He would lose at first, but once the Retard strength kicked in Happy wouldn't stand a chance. Remember that while Happy is an experienced hockey fighter, Waterboy has the super-human strength of latent retard powers.

Tough one. I think Waterboy would beat Happy Gilmore if Happy said something about Waterboy's momma. But Bob Barker would take both of them out.
