I do. I really like the show the only that i don't like about it is that you look at some of the great singers that we know today like Regina Spektor, or maybe even John Mellencamp and you can kinda tell that they wouldn't even get into Hollywood. I mean like people love the singers i listed above and they wouldn't have a chance in American Idol, but they are really talented. I kinda think that they can ruin dreams. What if John Mellencamp tried out for American Idol and didn't make it we wouldn't have his great music today. I just think that they don't really want to see some of the people who are really talented or they sound like everyone else, but i mean those voices are what people want. A lot of people don't like change so why?

I do -- but I have missed most of the audition shows. I was directing a play at church and those evenings were rehearsal nights. But the play is over now (it was great by the way) and now I am free to watch one of my fave shows. Hope they have some good talent this year.

Oh yes you said it honey--we will be watching it in our living room together next year. I can't wait.

I like it especially when the real talent emerges and when it comes down to the final 2 it's really exciting and fun! Next year I'll be watching it in my living room with girlnamed.

My fave Idol is Carrie Underwood. And why in the world did Taylor Hicks win last year!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

i always watch it. it is the best show ever. my friend tried out. she didn't make it b/c they thought that she was just like a lot of people. but she is really good just (apparently) not good enough.
