First of all, not all of these are salts and not all of the are properly written.

Deliquescent is a solid substance that is so hygroscopic that dissolves in the water it absorbs, forming a liquid solution.

CaCl2 deliquescent salt
NaCl hygroscopic salt
FeCl3 deliquescent salt
H2SO4 hygroscopic acid (it is liquid to begin with)
KOH and NaOH are deliquescent bases.
