The only way to find a bisexual girl is if you either go out to a bisexual/gay bar but since you are 16, you'll have to wait until you are atleast 18, or meet a girl to beome friends with. You never know until the two of you actually talk and get a feel for one another that she is also bisexual. That same incident happened with me, where I met this one girl, became real good friends with her, and found out that she was bi as well.

There are plenty, plenty of bi girls out there.
You can find them, on line, in book stores, at school, etc.
Many strippers are bi, so if you can sneak into a strip club, you will find plenty.
Also, find some gay guys, who are easier to spot. They know the lesbian and bi girls.
