I split with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago as i turned up at his and he had a lovebite on his neck. He has told me that nothing did happen and i have found out he is telling the truth. It doesn't change anything as i don't think i could ever trust him again. The problem is he still wants to be friends and he is really down...but i kissed someone last week and i'm really unsure whether to tell him before someone else does...or just leave it? i don't want him to hurt but I do think i should tell him the truth! What do i do??

My dad said his love bite was given by a mad stranger he passed on the street (when he came home at 3 am) guess what? He was having an affair and I got the burden of telling my mam - are you sure he's innocent? (sorry I'm still annoyed at my dad)

I think, if the two of you are both unhappy maybe talk things through and see where it goes?

But how can a lovebite be innocent? Unless he was held down by a few people? It takes a lot of sucking to make a mark.

OK he might be telling the truth but why a love bite......? was it something he felt good with. So you kissed someone else you have split up so what! he might find out by someone else but you have both got lives to get on with OK it might hurt him but one day you will settle down and things will be different and you will forget about it soon anyway what makes you think that he might have gone with someone else and he might not tell you.

So you accused your boyfriend of cheating, he denied it, turned out he was telling the truth, and in the meantime you made out with somebody else and claim you don't think you can trust him anyway? You sound WAY too immature to be in a serious relationship. I would have fun with your friends, date, practice safe sex, and give yourself more time to mature and know what you want in life.

Always tell the truth. How did he get a love bite if nothing happened?

Tell him, cuz your just friends, it is what he wants. Friends are upfront with each other. Just dont obses with relationship stuff yet, to early for that.

IF YOU KISS THAT OTHER GUY AFTER YOU AND YOUR BOYFRIEND HAD BROKEN UP WHY SHOULD YOU TELL HIM. HE WASN'T THERE SO IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER UNLESS YOUR CONSCIENCE DOESN'T LIVE BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT YOU WHERE UN FEAR WITH HIM. I THINK YOU NEED TO SIT AND BE SINCERE WITH YOU THEN TAKE IT FROM THERE. GOOD LUCK.
