Certainly one of the best, yes. Also try the Outlaw Josey Wales, with Clint Eastwood and Chief Dan George. The best western shootout, in my opinion, is the final shoot-out in Open Range, with Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall.

It's a good film, but, if you're a fan of Sergio Leone, I would suggest that "Once Upon a Time in the West" is the greatest Western of them all.
