Bernard Herrmann's score for Psycho.
Herrmann has done other scores for Alfred Hitchcock films, such as Vertigo and the Birds. But he also did the score for Taxi Driver.

Wasn't keen on that. I would have to say anything written by John Williams - Star Wars Main Theme & Indiana Jones are my favs.
