i have website with around 1500 pages
im having hard time to manage the site
can any one tell me about script with that i can automate my site
els then jamoola etc
some thing that i can customize ezily

If your site is blog based, Wordpress is easy to customise.
If your site has multiple authors with multiple sections and categories then Joomla or Mambo is appropriate.

1500 pages, if the site isn't current a data driven one - that would be the first step. Learn about databases, xml, xsl and server-side technologies like PHP, ASP, etc. Posting the site URL would be helpful to make a recommendation.
