I have no problem going to war with a country that has attacked us, but I noticed an amazing thing. When I listened to Bush making his case, I got a glimpse of deja vu, lo and behold it was the same words only instead of Iraq it was Iran! Whats wrong here is that I feel I've been taken to the well once too often and I do not believe a word out of his mouth. I don't believe him. It could all be true, but hes cried wolf once too often and lost any credibility he ever had with me. That's a dangerous thing, if I feel that way the probability is that others do too, and that's a very poor prognosis for a future war. If I have so little faith left in him then he should resign, but wait, if he resigns then we will have Cheney, and that man would have even less credibility than Bush. As a country, we are in for a very bumpy ride, and who ever the next president is they are going to inherit a very divided and angry country.

I do not believe that Bush will begin another war in Iran. We do not have the troops or the will; however, wouldn't it be nice if some of the Muslim countries took an active stand to prevent a war by talking to Iran telling them to back off. But they won't do this because they are all Muslims and share the same point of view about the infidels. According to the Jihad section of the Qur'an, Muslims must stick together in order to convert the world to Islam. If Iran does not back off and stop supplying Iraq with armament then the US may decide to hit Iran's nuclear facilities rather than its cities. The president of Iran is a psychopath and there is no telling what this nut may do. He is VERY dangerous.

If the former President, had not shown America to be a weak country we would not be in this war at all,Bill Clinton had no backbone, he made us look weak and afraid. That is why we were attacked, the planning for 911 started well before Mr. Bush took office.

President Bush has shown the world that America will not be bullied, we will protect our own, I am glad we have a leader that will do whatever he can to protect this country.

The Dems are worthless, and with them back in control the terrorists are happy.

Good question. In Serbia they were carrying out actual ethnic cleansing and racial genocide. The same Serbian SS units such as Chetniks (who actually sided with the Nazis in WW2) we trying to make the Balkans an ethnically pure racial state. In Kosovo and other Serbian places their were CONCENTRATION camps. Their was well documented eye witnesses of MASSACRES taking place who villiages being emptyed out of non-serbians. In one god awful month in April 1999 1.5 MILLION people out of a populace of 1.8 million were removed from their homes. thats what why intervented Europe was having another HOLOCAUST. In Gaza it is a terrible situation but Hamas are partly to blame by firing rockets and not agreeing to stop. Israel has said thats all they want the rockets to stop? how hard can that be? in return the Gazans will have peace. Oh but No the Iranian backed Hamas say they want to fight Israel to the death and not have any agreement or ceasefire until the Zionist are pushed into the sea. Thats why Israel has to fight. and unfortunately civilians do get killed when Hamas are placed in civilian places and firing rockets. Thats the difference Kosovo was Genocide, Gaza is a small group that doesnt want to stop firing rockets while getting their backsides tanned

The upcoming war w/ Iran has little to nothing to do w/ terrorism. Besides the fact that theyre defying the UN and trying to build a Nuclear Warhead; they are helping the Insurgents in Iraq and provoking the US and our allies, Israel, for a war.

Not all is tired of President Bush and his war and it will all depend on Iran what is next but I don't think it will be misguided unless we let Congress in on it.

The Democrats' idea of "War on Iran" really sucks. We'd all be better off if they shut up about it and let the diplomats &c deal with the threats from Iran.

these war hawks dont realize that a war with iran will result in $4.00(at minimum) gallon gas. iran has the capability to shut down shipping in the persian gulf.

just one of MANY reasons to proceed with caution.

I hope no one believes anything this administration says about Iran. We need to wise up and pay attention to what's going on in the world. Our failure as a country to do that is why we are in Iraq now instead of finding Osama bin Laden.

Are you suggesting that no matter what happens between now and the end of Bush's presidency we will have no will to go to war? So Iran could sneak a nuke into NY harbor set it off and there will be no support for action against stoner hitler?
